Government Rate: Reserved for public sector employees working in health policy, prevention, and population health.

Sponsor Rate: Intended for official ACDC sponsors only.

General Admission: Open to healthcare professionals, researchers, industry leaders, and advocates.

Nonprofit Assistance

ACDC is reserving a limited number of discounted registrations at $550 for small nonprofits that may need financial assistance to attend.

Payment Options

Registrations can be paid via credit card or check. Please review the payment guidelines below based on your attendee category.

Government Attendees: ACDC recognizes that government employees often require extended approval timelines. Payment does not need to be received in full prior to the event, but must be confirmed and in process before the event start date.

Non-Government Attendees: Payment must be received in full prior to the event start date. Any unpaid registrations at the time of the conference will be cancelled and are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

ACDC is not offering refunds at this time. However, registrations are transferable. To transfer your registration to another attendee, please contact us at hello@chronicdiseaseconvention.com and our team will facilitate the process. Please note that no-shows are still required to pay in full.

Early bird pricing is available until September 4, 2026 at 5pm ET. After this date, regular pricing applies automatically.

Yes! Government attendees must confirm payment status prior to the event start date. All non-government registrations must be paid in full before the convention. If you need an invoice issued, contact us at hello@chronicdiseaseconvention.com.

ACDC does not issue refunds for attendee registrations. Registrations may be transferred to another member of your organization at any time. No-shows are still required to pay in full.
